EarthSky Facebook friend Børge Solberg took this photo yesterday, May 23, at 1:50 a.m. It’s the moon over northern Norway. Notice the light in the sky. He’s very far north on the Earth, where the twilights already extend late into the night.
The full moon tonight (May 24-25) is a supermoon.
