Video of whirlpool off coast of Japan

A helicopter above a bay on the east coast of Japan shot this video. It shows a harbor boat perilously close to the eye of a whirlpool. The tsunami that struck Japan earlier today created this whirlpool. That tsunami, in turn, was triggered by the 8.9 magnitude earthquake near Japan.

It is not known whether anyone was on board the boat.
