Alamo Lake State Park is located 135 miles (217 km) northwest of Phoenix, Arizona, outside the urban light dome. The clear lake below is matched with clear skies above. The southwestern environment boasts terrain speckled with brush, wildflowers and cacti. Nestled in the Bill Williams River Valley, Alamo Lake State Park is a hot spot for bass fishing.
