The Cranbrook Insititute of Science is a natural history museum that features a planetarium and observatory, located 25 miles (41 km) northwest of Detroit. Interactive exhibits, a world-class collection of objects and artifacts, special events, lecture and educational programs, and changing exhibitions offer something for every member of the family. Admission is open to the public daily and even offers free entry to qualifying guests.
