40 hours at Ningaloo Reef, Coral Bay, Western Australia from Colin Legg on Vimeo.
Colin Legg in Australia emailed us with word of this video, which is a 40-hour continuous time lapse at Ningaloo Reef in Coral Bay, Western Australia. He said to notice the quite interesting multi-layer clouds that turn up halfway through the first night and into second day and night. He described the video at Vimeo as:
… the beautiful light-pollution-free Ningaloo Reef. Encompasses 2 sun sets, 2 sun rises and 2 moon rises. My camera was still clicking away when I retrieved it at 7:30 am. … hidden away in its bush hide out at the top of a sand dune. Minimal post processing … just deflickering and white balance ramping.
One of a series of day/night 24+ hour timelapses from around Western Australia.
Thank you, Colin!
