Here is a 16-image panorama of the Milky Way arced above a little known area in northern Arizona. It’s called White Pocket, and it’s in the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument. Those with a four-wheel drive vehicle can see this spectacular landscape of twisting Navajo sandstone. David Lane, who created this beautiful image, said:
As hard as it is to get there its even harder to describe. Every corner reveals explosions of color, something new and amazing.
