
The planet Jupiter is edging into the evening sky. You’ll find it now ascending over the eastern horizon in late evening – high in the sky before dawn – as seen from around the world. This morning, October 25, 2013, our friend Ken Christison captured this wonderful view of Jupiter near the moon. The two stars nearby are Castor and Pollux in the constellation Gemini the Twins.
