
There are many names for every full moon. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, the February is sometimes called the Snow Moon, Hunger Moon or Wolf Moon. This photo of the February 25 full moon – from Jorgen Norrland Andersson – lives up to the moon name Snow Moon. It’s the moon over the Bothnian Sea, between Finland and Sweden.
