An expert on imaging tests and radiation exposure, Dr. Reza Fazel studies the costs and benefits of medical imaging such as X-rays and CAT scans. Dr. Fazel’s clinical interests include advanced cardiac imaging and nuclear cardiology. His research focuses primarily on health services in cardiac imaging and on understanding the increasing use of imaging tests. He is an assistant professor in medicine in the division of cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine.
