AutoStakkert to stack best 1000 out of 2000 frames; Registax for wavelets, additional post-processing with Photoshop and MS Photo.

Image Details:

This hydrogen alpha filtered image of the Sun shows several active sunspot groups as well as some nice filaments and prominences.
