Image Details:

I've taken star trail photographs before. This is my first comet trail! I brightened the trail of the 50,000-year comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) so it's easier to pick out. The green comet arcs above Polaris but crosses over nearby star trails appearing to spiral in towards Polaris as it travels along its highly eccentric orbit around the sun.
