Image Details:

Oregon costal mountain range. Photo taken from pinnacle landing at 3100 msl, cloud layer approximately 2300 msl.
While conducting helicopter operations fertilizing trees, a stagnant layer of fog persisted in low lever areas, however at the landing (3100’msl) wind gusts were up to 30 mph. Lower cloud layer appeared to not be moving!
