Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and the Moon are all aligned over the pyramids of Giza, together with the great pyramid of Giza and the pyramid of Khafre. The atmospheric haze and pollution in Cairo are extraordinary, but we went to capture this moment on New Year's Eve.
