Image Details:

I was just curious if anybody knew what this was? I have never seen anything like it. I have three other photos that are somewhat similar a tiny bit different. The picture was taken in a shopping center that's on the corner of McNab Road and Federal Highway Fort Lauderdale Florida. Hopefully someone will decipher this. I'm just really curious. Thank you.
