Using the coordinates listed on Unistellar's website which are generated by NASA JPL, I was able to image Artemis I in the center of the image
This is the 1st of 3 sequential images, each of which show movement of the Orion spacecraft against the background stars.
This image was taken just before astronomical dawn and shows the best trailing of the spacecraft of the 3 images.
Artemis I was just under 180,000 miles from Earth.
