Just a couple of guys hanging out at the local Seed-n-Feed Bistro. All you can eat buffet every day ending in "y".

The red fella is a male House Finch and his bud is a male House Sparrow AKA the English Sparrow. When the Sparrows arrive in a group they quickly wreak havoc for all the other birds visiting my feeders. Very aggressive, cheeky, bullish and tend to squabble amongst themselves would be an apt description of the House Sparrow. They also splash seeds out of the feeder which brings in the ground feeding Mourning Doves and the Eurasian Collared Doves (which is another invasive species with an attitude).

But the Seed-n-Feed Bistro welcomes all even the Sharp shinned and Cooper's Hawks which also dine here occasionally. Especially when the Bistro has a full occupancy.
