We were at a bar enjoying a beautiful sunset and great food and waiting for our friends to start their night dive. Their divemaster told us the coast was open water for miles and miles with no light pollution, so on a whim, I took a long exposure and was surprised to see the Milky Way. I propped my camera up using a lens cap to elevate it and the rail to stabilize it and took several 20-second exposures. This is the result.
