Equipment Details:

8" Skywatcher Flextube Dobsonian on an EQ Platform, ZWO ASI178MC camera with SvBony UV/IR Filter, Televue 2.5x Powermate.

Post-processing Details:

Captured 19924 frames in Sharpcap, stacked 25% in ASi3, Registax and PS for fine tuning.

Image Details:

Mars- fourth planet from the Sun, with a diameter of 4220 miles, and a year of 687 days!

This is my first proper session with Mars this season, it passes my balcony around late midnight, so had to set an alarm to see this red beauty, actually it appears bright orangish thru an eyepiece.
Hoping to get some awesome views just like we did in 2020, but I guess this year it's not going to be close.

Waiting for its opposition in December 2022. Keep watching this red Neighbour as it glows emerging from the East and following the elliptical plane.
