Post-processing Details:

I first used the Dell photoshop materials: crop and some sharpening.
Then the photo went into Paint Shop Pro for further sharpening.

Image Details:

Capturing the early crescent moon is a challenge for me, and one I really enjoy working on. The conditions last night were nearly perfect: Clear skies, no clouds and the moon right where I wanted it at a time when I could actually get it. We've had a lot of cloudy skies lately and these are so frustrating! Or else the moon is up in the middle of the night and that increases the hardship. So last night was a gift.
