The sky was very clear in Taipei this evening. I climbed to the hill east of Taipei to admire the very fine crescent moon and the whole city in the beautiful evening sky. The photo is of a crescent moon that is about to sink in the west of Taipei, where the lights are just beginning. It was 2.4% illuminated and 4 degrees altitude. The tallest building on the right in the photo is Taipei Landmark 101.
