Not to be mistaken for the Beetles (Abbey Road cover), these are Muscovy Ducks crossing the road back to a farm around the corner from me. All other domestic ducks descend from the mallard, but they do not. They are thought to be South American in origin and may be more closely related to geese. Also unlike other ducks who quack, they hiss. Seeing them was a first for me!
