Equipment Details:

Celestron C5 spotting scope, Sky watcher az-GTE mount, zwo224 planetary camera with UV/IR cut filter and 2x Barlow

Post-processing Details:

Captured in Sharpcap, stacked in AutoStakkert, wavelets adjusted in Registax, followed by photoshop

Image Details:

This is my first attempt at capturing Mars. The skies were clear, but moisture was present in the air, which did create some atmospheric distortion. I was VERY pleased with the performance of the Celestron C5 spotting scope. and it was AWESOME to see Mars emerge from my capture.
