A flock of rose-ringed parakeet (Psittacula krameri), also known as the ring-necked parakeet (more commonly known as the Indian ringneck parrot) seen on this mango tree.
The tree is just outside my flat, but as I was unable to locate them , the picture was taken from a higher floor to get a full view.
