Orion 102mm MCT, 1.5x Barlow, ZWO ASI224MC camera and SkyWatcher Star Adventurer mount.
Best 200 frames were stacked using AutoStakkert, Registax for wavelets, other post-processing using Photoshop.
This year Saturn's opposition will come on 14 August, at which time the ringed planet will be at its brightest and closest to Earth. This image was captured one week before opposition using a small Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope.
