This is Comet 2022 E3 (ZTF) at mag 12.8 already showing a short tail. This might, if it survives and performs to model, be bright enough to be visible to naked eye in February 2023. See https://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/new-comet-might-get-bright-enough-for-binoculars/
