While at the location of a local Eagle couple's favoritie hang out, I was surprised to see one of an Osprey couple fly by with nesting material. It's funny, but sad that they have been trying to build a nest for a few weeks now! The eagles have been chasing them away & they don't seem to have the hang of it yet. Also it is way past breeding season here. Maybe by next year they'll figure it out.
