Mars (top), Jupiter, Moon, and Venus above first volcanic sunrise glow at 5.24 am.
On Wednesday morning there was another volcanic sunrise due to stratospheric aerosols from the Hunga-Tonga eruption in January. It was marked by the presence of Mars, Jupiter, the Waning Crescent Moon and Venus with the Moon close to Mars and Jupiter. The waning Moon is descending towards Venus and will be in close conjunction with it on Friday 27th. Jupiter is rising towards Mars and will be very close to it on the 29th and 30th.
