Image Details:

It's interesting to watch smaller birds harrassing a larger bird. The grackles did not want the crow in their space and kept mobbing it for quite a while. Crows are generally dominant to grackles. But in this case the grackles, along with a lone red-winged black bird, succeeded to chase it away.
