Spring snow shower frosted the Wasatch mountain tops this morning. From the tops down to about 6,000 feet. Spring is here but winter is yet to be so soon forgotten. We need all the snow moisture we can get. The American West is in a 20 year mega-drought and proceeding into its third decade.
