Equipment Details:

William Optics RedCat 250/52mm telescope, Baader UV/IR cut filter, ZWO ASI 533 MC camera, and SkyWatcher AZ-EQ5 mount, ASI EAF and guide camera. All were controlled with a ZWO ASIAir Plus Controller.

Post-processing Details:

Processed in PixInsight, StarXTerminator, Topaz DeNoise, and Photoshop.

Image Details:

Summer fireworks come early to southern skies at the TEXAS STAR PARTY in Fort Davis. The Trifid, Lagoon, & dimmer but lovely IC 4685 steal the show in this early morning image taken just before dawn with a 2" telescope.
