Image Details:

The Tall Taughannock Falls near Ithaca, NY at the height of 215 feet, stand taller than the Nagara Falls but this freefalling water fall falls with a much smaller volume.
Nevertheless, a beautiful landmark from this vantage point. With full foliage in summer the fall view appears of a large heart-shape ,from the Overlook Point. The trail to the base of it is an easy walkable trail of about less than a mile. Two more smaller falls on the way make for more camera points, until you reach the pretty , windy and misty parent fall. The hardest part of the falls is pronouncing the unusual name. Keep trying :)
