Blend in Photoshop of two images, one for the Jefferson Memorial, the other for the moon

Image Details:

It is a picture of the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC and the Strawberry moon on June 24, 2021. I was standing by the MLK Memorial, which is directly across the Tidal Basin from the Jefferson Memorial. I loved the moonlight on the water, so I zoomed out a bit in order to include more of it in the frame.
