CSU-Pueblo Observatory

The CSU-Pueblo Observatory is a Colorado State University – Pueblo astronomical observatory, just 46 miles (74 km) south of Colorado Springs. Home to a ModelC22-Celestron telescope as its main research instrument, the observatory is dedicated to educating and sparking an interest in science, particularly astronomy, in the regional community by hosting public viewing nights, educational presentations, and blog posts. The observatory staff will show visitors constellations, planets, stars, nebulae, galaxies and star clusters, and will be happy to answer any questions about astronomy.
