Adobe Lightroom

I was in the park doing bird photography when I happened upon a garden of Zinnias with filled with Monarchs and Tiger Swallowtail Butterflies. I immediately started shooting, moving from one group of flowers to the next. You usually see Butterflies from the back opening and closing their wings. This one was lifting off to fly so I was able to capture not only the open wings but the entirety of the body, legs and antennae.
