Following your article about the Strawberry Moon, we had dinner at Le St Barth, an oyster farm plus restaurant on the Etang de Thau, a coastal saltwater lagoon in Hérault, in the south of France. The moon is rising over the oyster beds in the foreground. In the distance is the corniche between Sete and Marseillan, beyond which is the Mediterranean.
