Last evening while a severe thunderstorm came through, we also noticed this magnificent cloud formation that moved from west to east over the Spanish Peaks or Huajatolla [wah-hah-TOY-a] , meaning "Double Mountain", or as the Indians called them Breasts of the World. The vertical cloud was open majestically from top to bottom letting light shine through as if by magic, like light from Heaven touching the Earth for about 20 minutes. It was awe inspiring, reminding us that amongst the storm there is beauty in change. Blessed to have witnessed it.
