Captured early this morning at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn, Oregon. The festival is a popular event each year that attracts tens of thousands of people from around the world, many of whom are photographers looking for unique ways to capture stunning images. I received permission from the farm's owner to visit early morning to try to capture the Milky Way over the tulips. I and another photographer friend spent a few hours playing with various compositions, light painting and settings. This is one of my favorites.
