In the Village near the town of Soeng sang , NE Thailand,on 06 May 2020 I saw the Moon coming up at 06:32 PM.
I thought the halo -like ring was due to haze from the hot day.
I did take zoom images at that time and no halo. Then later on , at 06:57 PM,
at a different location , I noticed the halo ring. I did not take photos after that time.
