Canon 80D, 18-135mm, Tiffen 18-stop solar filter. Basic setting for eclipse: f.8, ISO 2000, exposure 2000.

I had some good exposures of the early and mid stages but cloud cover prevented capturing the eclipse's totality of 93% here in Connecticut.. Not expecting clearing in time for the money shot, we returned home. Later, as the sun was going down behind the hills and budding tree branches, I felt one more take of the sun and moon would be nice backdrop for early spring.
