Light editing in Adobe Lightroom including sharpening, cropping, and noise reduction

Image Details:

Taken off my backyard deck in Southern Oregon. 700mm focal length, 100 ISO, f/13 at 1/8 sec shutter speed. I was pleased to see I got a couple of sunspots!
