The sky was partially cloudy for the duration of the partial solar eclipse. However, with the aid of eclipse glasses, I was able to see most of it through the clouds as I watched from my deck in Farmington, Utah. By holding the lens of a second pair of eclipse glasses against the lens of my iPhone camera, I was able to capture some beautiful shots! (A trick I learned from my creative son, Casey Pehrson.)
