I was at this location to photograph owls when someone told me about an Osprey nest. I was immediately interested and wanted to see if the nest was currently occupied. Off in the distance with my binoculars I could see a tiny Osprey head sticking up above the high nesting material. When I got closer to the nest, the Osprey took off and flew to a light standard. I moved to the far side of the light and was shooting the Osprey perched on it when all of a sudden it took off again and was flying right towards me.
