This is a White-faced Ibis. It was digging in the grass for food and found a worm. I have multiple shots of it pulling the worm up and when it finally was all the way out of the ground, it tossed it in the air, catching it in its mouth and immediately swallowing it. I've seen them eat crawdads as they forage along the shore of a lake but this was my first time seeing one pull worms out of the ground.
