The full moon is in Leo and seems full of spunk as it lends us some encouragement in the north as we continue our winter waltz in orbit. On the night of the 24th a moon halo graced overhead in Salt Lake City, Utah. Moon halos are formed when there are ice crystals present in the atmosphere which refract the moonlight to appear as a ring around the moon.
