Orion rising.
At the beginning of the night, the great constellation of Orion rises on the flat lands of Alentejo, covered at this time of year by an endless white blanket of daisies,
Bellow Orion and close to the horizon the constellation of Canis Major with the star Sirius, the brightest in the sky and to the left the constellation of Canis Minor.
Some stars from the constellation Gemini are partially visible in the upper left corner.
The Moon in the First Quarter phase with ~50% illumination allows you to record all the details and colours of the foreground
