On the coldest day of the year, I could only stay outside for a minute before my fingers went numb. With my camera on "Artistic Flair," I pointed it skyward and clicked. I could see less than 20 stars with my naked eye, so I was delighted to see what my camera found. The light by the front door cast onto tall river birches, creating a crimson red glow.
