Image Details:

On a cold, windy afternoon a great blue heron stands motionless near the edge of a stream.
Some of its feathers especially the long plume-like feathers on its lower neck are being blown by the wind. Still it stands like a statue.
The great blue heron is the largest heron native to North America.
