My family and I sitting outside and a voice said look up. Wow!! My sister said “snow clouds” after a little while a voice said look up again. I called for everyone inside to come see. The ring encircled the moon and the brightest star in the sky. Yes the ice crystals in the clouds came through before this halo appeared over our heads.this is original photo.
