Sometimes all you need to destress is to spend time with pure nature. No man-made or artificial constructions. I drove early in the morning to hang out with the rocks, trees, water, & sky (along with the occasional bird) at Sacandaga Lake. I'm fortunate to have such beauty within such a short drive from me.
