The Tucson sky has not cooperated for the Supermoon or Comet P1 Nishimura during past days so my telescope is put away. The monsoon season has been sparse with it being hot and dry but toward its September end it has kicked into high gear a little late for the many plants and animals that withered in the dry heat. While astronomy is impeded, there are other sights to see.
